HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS: You will meet via zoom with your Project Manager, and you submit a request to your Project Manager, who will give you an estimated completion date. When the request is received with all of the requirements, your Project Manager will submit it to you for approval, you can then approve or revise. If you choose to revise, you will let your Project Manager know what you'd like to change in the assets that were completed within that request, and Sage Creatives will make changes to the asset until you approve it. When you approve, we will be done with that request, and start working on a new one. A request can be a creation or update of a website, landing page, funnel, automation, workflow, and any technical work inside of Progreda.
PRODUCT PURCHASE TERMS: You must be on the monthly Progreda Platinum Plan or Higher. The subscription for Progreda is in addition to the cost of this service. All Copy & Graphic Design Images will be written and produced by Sage Creatives. TURNAROUND TIME. Turnaround for Graphic Design Images is typically complete within 8-25 Business Days. Turnaround for Website, Landing Pages and Funnels Creation and Updates are typically complete within 10-50 Business Days from Request. Turnaround for copy is typically 10-50 Business Days. Turnaround for workflow creation or update is typically 7-60 Business Days. You are working with a professional marketing team with checks, balances, and quality assurance checks. Our service speed should not be compared to working with a freelancer, Freelancers may get work done quickly, At Sage Creatives we pride ourselves on getting the work done right, and generating cash flow. Turnaround for settings setup/changes is typically complete within 3-21 Business Days. The turnaround time for each asset is only an estimate, please prepare your marketing plans well in advance for turnaround times. We will only create native automations inside of Progreda, we will NOT connect, integrate, consult on or manage outside software or tools to Progreda. RUSH FEE. To rush a request, we WILL charge a rush fee of up to $999. You have UNLIMITED REQUESTS, however, you are Limited to 1 Active Task being worked on at any given time. During the month, you will submit a request to your project manager, while the Sage Creatives team is working on that request, this is considered 1 Active Task, it is Active until that request is considered "Complete" so that we can start a new task. At any given moment, we will work on up to 1 Active Task. An active task may consist of (1) a project within Progreda. Although you have unlimited requests and revisions, be sure to create the requests that make the most profit for your business. Any additional tasks will go into a queue, awaiting other tasks to be completed. This requires a 3 month minimum commitment.
